Good Morning,

I recently saw an ad for tech support at the biggest Belgian ISP. It
said "absolutely no technical knowledge required" and "desire to help
people" as prerequisites. Enquired a bit more about it and the bottom
line was

"absolutely no technical knowledge required" - you'll read scripts
anyway.

"desire to help people" - polite way of saying, able to stand utter
idiots without losing your temper.
