[funsec] Reporting botnets

Just throwing some ideas out.

It would seem that a well designed reporting plan would be able to get
corporate backing easily. Perhaps a spinnoff project for the Honeynet
Project. 

Anti-virus companies, anti-spam companies, anti-fraud groups...everyone
would have a reason to help. 

Getting the backing and the organization is easier said then done, I
know.
