[funsec] UserFriendly.org: Truth in Acronyms

I've got two webpages full of acronyms, just to help sort through the 
confusion.

TLA - Three Letter Acronym (e.g. FBI, NSA)
FLA - Four Letter Acronym (e.g. IEEE)
