You mean:

Step 1: export data as a text file
Step 2: ?
Step 3: Profit!

Your first bad assumption is that the data even exists in digital 
format.  And it just goes downhill from there.  Such as the fact that 
every doctor's office probably has a different code, phrase or 
abbreviate for each procedure.  That's before you even get to the ones 
that lie in order to get around insurance company limits (though, maybe 
less of a problem in the UK?)
