No, we were talking about rational reactions to firearms being carried
openly. Its the gun you have a problem with, not the person.

Oh, and cops are citizens. They just happen to get paid for a job
they're not responsible to do, protect us.

YOU would find it threatening, but you strike me as a bit of a boy in
the bubble kind of person...

The reason you carry openly is, traditionally, it is against the law
to carry concealed. And this only applies to a small percentage of
firearms: handguns.
