[funsec] Irony Alert: DHS to Move into Former Insane Asylum

I'd vote this as the single most accurate move made by the current 
adminstration - bar none.  I particularly appreciate how they phrased 
it: "$3 billion _RESTORING_" (not "upgrading", not "renovating", not 
"transforming" .. but "restoring"!) ... well, at least their cognizant 
of their current policies and effectiveness.  Now if we could get the 
guy living at 1600 Pennsy. Ave. a bunker in this new facility, all would 
be right with the world again. ;-)
