According to Microsoft Security Bulletin Advance Notification Program
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/advance.mspx

_no new_ Microsoft Security Bulletins will be released on March 13, 2007
(i.e.  the scheduled, monthly "Black Tuesday".

An updated version of Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool is coming, however.
