[funsec] New NSA-affiliated IP listing released by Cryptome

It appears that Cryptome has released new listing Latest Updated NSA-Affiliated IP Resources #12  today.

The listing includes several new telecos and updated information marked as 'GCHQ/NSA-fully controlled IP range' or stating subranges fully controlled (Akamai Technologies, AT&T, etc.)

Their source is mysterious 'A' still.
