[funsec] NZ banks code of practice changed again

Hi all,

The original change to this Code of Practice was mentioned here several 
months back (by ferg??).  Following the generally rather negative 
response to that code's apparent reserving the right to banks to examine 
the PCs of users' making claims of losses through (online) bank fraud, 
the NZ Bankers' Association has revised its Code of Practice again.
