[funsec] j.mp previews

In URL redirector news, for those tracking preview options, j.mp is actually bit.ly 
(you can simply swap the base URLs for each other), so the + option works for 
that, too.

I've found a few lists of shorteners (particularly 
http://blog.go2.me/2009/01/exhausting-review-of-link-shorteners.html )  but has 
anyone found one that *does* list preview options?
