It seems like I make this announcement every year, but for those who don't
know about it, there is a funsec jabber server/room:

 funsec at conference.jabber.tisf.net

It's not very busy -- just a few folks that hang out there and swap
ironies. :-)

In any event, you can create your own account there by pointing your jabber
client at jabber.tisf.net (it is hosted and run by friendlies), and
figuring it out from there (it's really easy).

Just an annual FYI.
